Super Sneaker Saturday

I'm on my way out, so my post is going to have to be brief. I've dubbed today Super Sneaker Saturday, as it's been a day of multiple pickups. This morning I went to Purolator and picked up the shoes I had shipped to me from my Nike hookup, the new Air Force XXV. It's the 25th anniversary edition of the Air Force one--kind of an amalgamation of the style of the original shoe with modern Nike technologies. I got them in the colourway I wanted too, which is a nice bonus.

Keeping with the 25th anniversary of the AF1, I went over to Foosh at noon and picked up some ridiculous retro's that I had on hold all week. They've got a tweed material that feels like an old couch on the upper. Some may say they're ugly, and I wouldn't disagree. I think they're so ugly that they're cool, though.

Lastly, I've been scouring youtube for this commercial since I saw it last week. It makes me think of people who call charges in pickup ball, and how decidedly un-gangster that is.

I'm waffling on the tweed ones. I think they have the potential to be very hot. However, it doesn't look like that in the picture. I need to see it before I can decide.

Also, your shoe budget far exceeds mine. And that's saying something.
